I was quoted $100-150K for an RS allocation. That wasn't going to happen. "Cheapest" ADM I found on an in-stock RS was $65K, which was still ridiculous. I opted to pay $20K ADM for a GT4 allocation because used GT4s were going for $20K over MSRP. I would have liked the RS, but not at the price equivalent of another new GT4 (with ADM).Anyway, getting back to Emira vs GT4. If you can get both at MSRP, the GT4 is a better buy from a financial perspective. However, if you're buying to enjoy, nothing else on the road will look like or drive like a Lotus (Emria), whereas most Porsche's pretty much look the same to the untrained eye.Whilst the GT4 is nimble and mid-engined, the GT3 is faster and more capable in every way on track and on road, with only 30 kg more and over 110 bhp extra. Most importantly it doesn't have that overly long second gear.
