A little late response to this post. If you do the hibachi/teppanyaki (what Benihana is known for), you pick the meat. That's about it. The miso soup, salad, and sides (rice and vegetables) are the same for everyone. The entrees which include the sides can be a little pricy ($20-35/pp) but you're also paying for the "entertainment".
