My guess is that this bra does not have enough projection for you. It may cause wrinkling on the underside of the cup, near the wire, and cause the wires to press uncomfortably into your rib area. It's often better to nail down your size and shape with unlined bras first, because lined bras are a trickier fit. It's not uncommon to find yourself feeling that a well-fitting band is too tight/constricting, because you're not used to it. I don't think I measured incorrectly 😭 It was definitely the full bust measurement. I used the diagrams on the ABTF website. I didn't apply any pressure when measuring, especially because my breasts are firm. Just measured again and my Leaning/Lying measurements are closer to 31. For context, the closest fitting bra I have right now is a 30f!
